RM Mechanical's Design Build capabilities are
developed around a quality team of professionals,
from our Design Build and Fabrication Department,
to our knowledgeable Service staff and trained
technicians.
RM Mechanical was established in 1976 as Comfort
Mechanical and later was formed into RM Mechanical
in 1985. RM Mechanical became WBE in 1994. The
project split is generally 80% Commercial and
Industrial, 20% Residential and Multi-Family.
Located in a 24,000 sq. ft. complex, we have
a full service warehouse, shop and office. The
shop consists of a full line sheetmetal and ductboard
fabrication department, including a computerized
fitting/cutting system. We also have a complete
welding and fabrication shop for metal, plastic
and FRP. Rounding out our shop is a process piping
department. We have in house capabilities of computerized
estimating, cost control, and design systems.

commitment to service.

this event the entire company received OSHA training
along with Outstanding Achievement awards and
